  • You can specify in which format you'd prefer your statements delivered - in plain text (CSV), as a PDF document or both (account dependent).

  • An overdraft is a short-term financial solution ideal for covering unforeseen expenses
  • The facility is available on application, for Gold Lifestyle Account customers
  • There is no minimum monthly repayment required, as long as you remain within your agreed limit and make regular deposits (such as your salary) into your Gold Lifestyle Account every month
  • An overdraft is a fluctuating facility which reduces with your monthly deposits, and is immediately available again, up to the approved limit
  • Your overdraft will be reviewed on an annual basis

The cost of an overdraft facility

  • Interest is charged monthly on your overdraft balance
  • The interest rate will be calculated for you, once your application has been submitted
  • The amount you qualify for, as well as the interest rate, will depend on your credit profile

Grow your balance

Savings Pocket and Bank Your Change™

The Savings Pocket is linked to your transactional account. You can also transfer money to and from your Savings Pocket from your Savings Pocket electronically at any time, free of charge. Customers may deposit funds and make withdrawals by making transfers to transactional account online or on the ATM. With the Savings Pocket you are not required to give notice on the account to withdraw the funds or to deposit funds.

Transfers into your Savings Pocket can be made via an FNB Branch, ATM, Cellphone Banking, FNB Online Banking or the FNB App. Balances and transfers out into a linked account can be made on Online Banking and an FNB ATM.

Users can link their Savings Pocket to automatically transfer savings from their lifestyle account to Savings Pocket whenever they swipe, thereby saving your leftover change via our Bank Your Change offering. Amount saved is the rounded up amount to the nearest Namibian Dollar.

Customer has the option of adding a top up (N$2, N$5, N$10, N$20 and N$50).
No fees charged for free inter-linked Savings Pocket inter-account transfer to other accounts.
