  • Structure finance that is based on the lease amounts of the tenants

Note: There can be a combination of owner occupied and tenanted. Where the owner contribution is more than 60% - we follow the owner occupied term loan's requirements.

    • Township establishment, including land and infrastructure
    • Rezoning of land within the urban edge

    • A maximum planned development period of 18 months

  • Loan size of above N$ 5 million

  • Aggressive gearing risk, purchasing of land, or purchasing shares for the property earmarked for affordable housing developments

Who is it aimed at?

  • Senior developers who have extensive development experience
  • Developers with other sources of income that can repay the loan amount.
