KYC for existing FNB Namibia customers

In terms of the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements of FIA (the Financial Intelligence Act, 13 of 2007) First National Bank of Namibia is required to go back to all of its existing customers, who opened bank accounts prior to 5 May 2009, in order to validate their information. Furthermore, if an existing customer wishes to avail of new or additional product and/or service, the bank must first verify that customer's particulars.

Please do your bit to assist us in complying with the KYC obligations under FIA and in the fight against crime by calling on your nearest First National Bank branch, when required to do so.
