Banking Institutions Act 2 of 1998

The Act consolidates and amends the laws relating to banking institutions.

Companies Act 61 of 1973

The Act regulates companies comprehensively.

Bank of Namibia Act 15 of 1997

This Act replaced the Bank of Namibia Act of 1990. The Act provides for the continuation of the Bank of Namibia as a Central Bank. It also regulates the issue of bank notes, coins and the monetary system in Namibia.
